Personal Training
Do you need more of a hands on approach a Virtual Training Session.
These Sessions are great as an add on to my monthly accountability or as stand alone if you want a more private approach to your training.
You can chose the day and time that best fits your schedule. We meet up virtually via zoom for a 45 min session. First 1o mins is check in on how you are doing, discuss any issues, then 30 min training session, followed by 5 mins of going over next actions to take. All sessions will be recorded and you will have access to them via link to use as future workouts.
